Welcome to Pokhara Weddings, operated by Pokhara Wedding & Event Planner, Mahendrapool, Pokhara, Nepal. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and parties who interact with Pokhara Weddings, whether online or in person. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
Pokhara Weddings offers professional wedding and event planning services including, but not limited to:
The scope of services for each client is defined in a written agreement or proposal issued prior to commencement of work. Services not specified in that agreement are not included.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required advance deposit, which is typically 30% of the total service fee. The deposit is non-refundable once the date is secured and vendors are engaged on your behalf.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date. Payments may be made via bank transfer, mobile banking (eSewa / Khalti), or in person at our Mahendrapool office. All amounts are quoted and payable in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their event by providing written notice. The following conditions apply:
Pokhara Weddings reserves the right to cancel or postpone services in cases of natural disaster, government restriction, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative date at no additional cost.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding guest counts, dietary requirements, religious or cultural customs, and any special requests within agreed timelines. Delays in providing required information that affect planning or vendor arrangements may result in additional charges.
Clients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or documentation required by the venue or local authorities for their event.
Pokhara Weddings acts as a coordinator between clients and third-party vendors (venues, caterers, photographers, etc.). While we take great care in selecting and managing vendors, we are not liable for the direct actions, failures, or negligence of those third parties.
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid to Pokhara Weddings for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and branding — is the property of Pokhara Weddings or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kaski District, Gandaki Province, Nepal.
